Whether it's questions about our vehicles, our pricing, or our company policies, we know that you want answers, and we are here to give them to you! During the course of our day to day operations, we get asked a lot of different things about our business, our services, our chauffeurs, and our party buses... We even get some questions about our wonderful city of Jackson too! While we can't possibly address each and every single question here on our website, we can quite easily give you the most commonly encountered questions which may help answer your query right off the bat.

Are there restrooms on the buses?
None of our current vehicles have restrooms or bathrooms. However we do allow for unlimited stops and mileage which makes it easy to stop whenever anyone needs to.
Is there a minimum time requirement?
All evening rentals require a six hour minimum commitment. However, you can rent for longer if you wish. It's best to contact us for details and specifics, if you have any questions.
Is drinking allowed?
You can drink alcohol, as long as everyone is the legal drinking age. If there is anyone under 21 years of age, there cannot be any alcohol on the vehicle. We do not provide you with alcohol so you'll have to bring your own but you can bring as much as you want.
Is there smoking allowed on your vehicles?
Smoking is not allowed on any of our vehicles. We have this policy in place in order to insure our vehicles are as clean and fresh for all of our customers. A clean-up fee might be levied if your party decides to smoke in our party buses and limousines. Again, we do allow for unlimited stops, so you are welcome to request that we pull over for a smoke break at any time it is safe to do so.
Can children go on the vehicles?
Children and all ages are welcomed. We are great for birthday parties, proms and more. If there are going to be children or anyone under the age of 21, there can't be alcohol on the vehicle.
What are your hours?
Our office and garage is open to the public for any reason from 10 A.M. until 6:00 P.M. on Monday through Saturday. However, we are available by phone and email 24 hours a day. With that being said, we invite you to get in touch with us by phone or email twenty four hours a day, seven days a week. The reservation can be at any time.
Where are we allowed to travel?
We can take you anywhere you'd like to go, as long as it falls within your time allotment. You are afforded unlimited stops and mileage.
Is there any fine print or hidden fees I should look for?
There is no fine print, and no hidden fees. Everything you need to know is accessible and out in the open for you to see up front! As long as the vehicle is returned to us in the same condition (undamaged) in which you received it, you will incur no additional fees.
Can the reservation be canceled?
Once you pay your deposit, there is no cancellation. You will have to pay the full amount if you can't make the reservation. Changing the days is not allowed but depending on the availability, you might be able to change the time or the vehicle.
Are we required to tip the driver?
You are required to tip the driver. Tipping is completely up to you. If you don't want to tip, that's fine. Tipping is a great way to show your driver that the service they provided was great.
